Official Contest Rules

Simple, fair &

  Open to children ages 3–12. A parent or guardian must submit the entry on the child's behalf.

  Open to all families nationwide. No purchase necessary. Free to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

  One entry per child per week. Children may enter every week across the full 26-week contest.

  Entry must use the official coloring sheet for that week, available free at ABCsofRE.com each Friday morning — or *at the in-person Open House the previous weekend.

  Submitted photo must clearly show the completed, colored sheet. Partial or illegible entries will be disqualified.

  Entries must be submitted by Thursday at midnight Eastern Time each week. Late entries cannot be accepted.

  Upon submission of your entry, you will receive your personal voting link within 24 hours via email. This unique link is for your child's entry only — share it with friends and family to collect votes. Please note: voting links are processed and sent manually, so allow up to 24 hours for delivery.

  Early access to the upcoming week's coloring sheet is available exclusively to in-person visitors at the featured Open House each Saturday and Sunday. Early-access sheets are not available online or by request — attendance required.

  Voting: reactions on your entry's Facebook photo equal votes. Voting closes every Friday at midnight Eastern Time. In the event of a tie, total comments also count as votes.

  Each child may only win once across the full 26-week contest. Previous winners are welcome and encouraged to keep coloring and entering each week, but are not eligible to win again. This ensures 26 unique winning children across all 26 letters.

  Prize: one (1) full-page feature in the ABCs of Real Estate printed children's book, plus one complimentary copy of the finished book upon publication.

  By submitting an entry, the parent or guardian grants ElleDi Realty permission to publicly post the child's first name, age, and artwork on social media and in the ABCs of Real Estate book.

  ElleDi Realty reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet submission guidelines or contain inappropriate content.

  Contest runs June 19, 2026 through approximately December 2026. The exact end date is determined by completion of all 26 letters.

  Please keep your child's original artwork in a safe place. If your child wins, we will reach out to request a high-resolution scan of the original piece to ensure the best possible print quality in the published book.
